HOTDESK LOGIN AND LOGOUT
A hotdesk user can log into any phone that is designated as a hotdesk phone. (Hotdesk phones have the word “HOTDESK” on the left side of the display.) Hotdesk Login (“HOTDESK” appears on the left side of the display)
1. Press HOTDESK softkey
2. Press LOGIN softkey
3. Enter extension number
4. Press OK sofkey
5. Enter PIN (1234 )
6. Press OK sofkey
The login is completed. “Logout” appears on the left side of the display.


Points on Using Hotdesk:

  • A hotdesk extension can be logged into only one phone at a time
  • The phone’s current extension is the hotdesk extension logged into it until that extension is logged out
  • Personal keys are available on whatever phone the hotdesk extension is logged into (programming is linked to an extension, not a phone)
  • If no user is logged in, the phone reverts to its own (“natural”) extension (Many of these phones are restricted to 911 only if hotdesk user is logged out.) Hotdesk


LOGOUT (“Logout” appears on the left side of the display)
1. Press LOGOUT softkey
2. Press LOGOUT softkey one more time 
The logout is completed. “HOTDESK” appears on the left side of the display.
