If your Smartboard is not responding to touch and the light is red follow these instructions
Click Start - Click Smart Technologies folder - Click Smart tools folder - then click Smart settings
Click the Connection Wizard Button
Click Next to search for products
After your board is found and the Smart Board Service is back on click cancel
Click ok to close
